Flavours and Serving

All of Ruby’s Cakes are made with unsalted butter and free-range eggs. We source the most delicious ingredients from within Australia and around the world. Finest quality Belgian chocolate, freshly roasted Australian nuts, citrus fruits from the Riverland and organic wherever possible. Everything is made with real flavours and nothing comes out of a pre-mix packet.

Flavours and Fillings include;
Old Fashioned Vanilla cake filled with raspberry jam and buttercream
Chocolate Truffle, a luscious fudge cake layered with a melted chocolate ganache
Viennese Sacher Torte, a rich chocolate and almond cake filled with a dark chocolate ganache
Vegan Chocolate Cake layered with vegan chocolate icing and a yummy chocolate syrup
White Belgian Chocolate, moist and dense, filled with a chocolate and sour cream ganache
Toasted Almond Torte layered with Ruby's crunchy almond toffee and buttercream
Carrot and Walnut is a sweet and spicy cake filled with a zesty orange icing
Lemon Chiffon is a heavenly light lemon cake layered with fresh lemon curd and buttercream
Traditional Rich Fruit Cake packed full of Australian sultanas, dates, raisins, currants, cherries and spices soaked in French Brandy or Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Large Cakes can be served as dessert with softly whipped cream and a fruit sauce or as an after dinner delight with coffee.

Dessert portions are approximately 2.5cm x 5cm x 9cm high, and coffee portions are about half the size. You may also want to save the top tier from your wedding day.

Cupcakes and Mini Cakes are suitable for one per guest. We also create a Miniature Wedding Cake's that can be used on the guest tables as an edible centrepiece or place setting.
