Ruby's Cakes specialises in creating spectacular and unique cakes in a range of mouth-watering flavours.

We are committed to using only natural ingredients in our cakes; locally sourced free range eggs, unsalted butter and organic wherever possible.

Inspiration for our designs can come from anywhere, be it a piece of heirloom jewellery, a favourite toy, a gorgeous fabric or even a teacup.

We have created fabulous cakes for weddings, christenings, birthdays, anniversaries, West End opening nights and corporate events in both the UK and Australia.

Cake Designer Emma trained in Cake Design and Decoration at the Westminster Kingsway College in London, and ran a successful cake design business in the UK. She returned to her hometown of Adelaide in 2007 to launch Ruby's Cakes.
